Our history
ACG Nyström was founded in 1921 as Sweden's first leasing company and, through acquisitions and international expansion, has become a leading player in textile and industrial solutions. With companies in several countries and the merger with ACG Fyrtal in 2020, we now offer a wide range of innovative and high-quality solutions for various industries.

AC A.C Gustafson
AB A.C. Gustafson was founded by Carl Axel Gustafsson as an agency for Reece, one of the world's only manufacturers of buttonhole machines. The company became Sweden's first leasing company and the Nordic agent for Reece.
1921 -
AB Rud. Nyström & Co
ACG acquired its largest competitor, AB Rud. Nyström & Co, and the new company name became ACG Nyström AB.
1970 -
The step outside Sweden
ACG Nyström ventured outside Sweden with successful business ventures in the Soviet Union, where the company accounted for 3% of total Swedish exports in one year.
1981 -
Sister company
Establishment of the company in Estonia (1992), Lithuania (1993), Latvia (1997), Finland (2000), Ukraine (2005) and Denmark (2014).

Merger of ACG Nyström & ACG Fyrtal
ACG Fyrtal AB became part of ACG Nyström, expanding the range with solutions for labelling, identification and bottle printing with 3sixty bottle printers.
