E-Zee Green Cut 100% recycled polyester

E-Zee Green Cut backing, which is made from 100% recycled polyester, is a shining example of this. This material is available in a cut-to-size version, which makes it easier to use.
In combination with Madeira Polyneon Green embroidery thread and bobbin thread, users of E-Zee Green Cut can contribute to sustainable embroidery production. The process includes the reuse of used PET bottles, transforming them into a new useful product: E-Zee Green Cut backing. This is a decisive step forward for Madeira and marks a significant development towards sustainable textile products.
E-Zee Green Cut is available in two different weights: 80 g/m² for heavier materials such as workwear, jackets and denim, and 45 g/m², which is suitable for lighter textiles such as polo shirts, shirts and blouses. This stable and cutable backing offers versatility for a variety of applications.
E-Zee Green Cut can be ordered in widths of 20 cm, 30 cm and 100 cm.
