Lotus Meta-XY XL, large format marking with high capacity
Meta-XY XL is an advanced laser marking platform developed for marking, engraving and etching larger parts, panels and multiple smaller components in a single run. The machine is built for industrial environments where precision, repeatability and efficient production are key requirements.
The system builds on the Meta-XY series but features a larger working area to handle larger components and batch runs. The precise motion control and modular construction make Meta-XY XL easy to adapt to different workflows and production needs.
The advanced 3 axis technology enables marking on flat, curved and uneven surfaces. This makes the machine well suited for applications such as traceability codes, logos, deep engraving and detailed graphics on metal, plastic, composite and coated materials.
Meta-XY XL can be equipped with several different laser sources, including fiber, UV, MOPA and CO2. This provides great flexibility depending on material and marking requirements. The automatic XY table makes it possible to position and process multiple parts in the same cycle, increasing productivity and reducing the need for manual handling.
The machine is built for demanding production and continuous operation. With intuitive Job Control HMI, an aluminium T slot worktable and the option of various add ons such as rotary systems, conveyors and custom jigs, Meta-XY XL can be adapted to both current and future production requirements.
