Advanced multi-head machine with digital thread control for maximum precision
The TMCR-VF i-TM combines intelligent thread management with Tajima’s renowned precision technology. With i-TM (Intelligent Thread Management), thread tension is controlled digitally in real time based on the characteristics of each stitch. By controlling the upper thread feed, optimum thread tension is ensured regardless of fabric, stitch length or design.
This eliminates common quality issues such as visible bobbin thread, puckering in the fabric and variations between different heads. The result is even, stable and repeatable embroidery, even in demanding production runs.
The machine is equipped with a Digitally Controlled Presser Foot (DCP) and FS Mode as standard, ensuring stable stitching on thin, heavy and multi-layered fabrics, as well as when using soft-twisted or coarse thread. With the option to fit the machine with sequins, beads and cording, the TMCR-VF i-TM is the obvious choice for exclusive and decorative embroidery of the highest standard.
