Electronic multi-head machine for stable and efficient industrial production
The TMCS-VF is equipped with AC servo motors for both the main spindle and frame drive, ensuring high positioning accuracy even at speeds of up to 1,000 rpm. Tajima’s proprietary motor control algorithm contributes to a stable stitch pattern and high repeatability during continuous production.
The machine is fitted with an upgraded control panel system featuring a 12.1-inch colour screen, a graphical user interface and touchscreen functionality. Direct command buttons and multi-coloured LED indicators on each embroidery head improve the operator’s workflow and efficiency.
The TMCS-VF utilises Tajima’s magnetic upper thread detection system, which monitors both the upper and lower threads regardless of thread type and stitch length. The system is not affected by dust or dirt and stops the machine immediately in the event of abnormal thread behaviour, thereby minimising rejects and unplanned downtime.
