Full control in one flow
Caron Spider is an automated feeding system that combines a rotating carousel with an integrated single-layer cradle. The system is designed to handle multiple material rolls in sequence without manual handling. After the operator has loaded the materials needed for a work order, Spider automatically selects, positions and feeds the correct roll with high precision. It is equipped with an industrial PC and intuitive software for scheduling and control. Spider saves time, reduces operator effort and increases repeat accuracy in automatic cutting flows.
Compatible with Caron’s automatic cutting systems.
