Eastman Cradle – Efficient and Precise Material Feeding

Eastman Cradle is an advanced material cradle that streamlines the feeding of material to your cutting machine, completely eliminating tension in the material. Thanks to its precise edge guidance, the material is unrolled evenly and in a controlled manner, minimizing waste and improving cutting precision.

The system is ideal for tightly wound and technical materials such as canvas, Kevlar®, Cordura® and other industrial textiles.

The Power Cradle is available in two models:

CRA-360: Handles rolls up to 136 kg, with a maximum diameter of 61 cm.

CRA-365: Handles rolls up to 227 kg, with a maximum diameter of 76 cm.

The variable feed rate is controlled by a dancer bar, which allows the material to be fed out with optimal tension. In addition, there is a tilt-back function to facilitate loading of heavy rolls of material.
