The iSONIC ECO HSG handheld welding machine is highly flexible and enables efficient ultrasonic welding – anywhere, anytime. It is ideal for small-scale production, repairs and post-processing of thermoplastic materials. Spot welding, riveting and cutting can be carried out quickly and reliably with the handheld tool.
The kit includes the compact iSONIC WAVE HSG with a robust aluminium housing, a powerful ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic tools and a protective case for safe storage and easy transport.
Standard machine concept
The handheld welder has a quick-change system for the oscillating unit and built-in sonotrode cooling, which prevents overheating and enables continuous operation – whether for small-scale production, manual workstations or repairs.
