JEUX AI-001 is a high-tech hot air welding machine with a vertical column, optimised for taping seams up to three layers. The machine is equipped with a unique electronic 3D system that enables precise positioning of the nozzle and automatic adjustment of the distance between the nozzle and the roller depending on the welding speed.
Thanks to the memory function, the operator can save up to 29 different programmes, making the machine fast and flexible when switching between materials and settings. Differentiated upper and lower feed ensures perfect weld seams, even on curves and difficult-to-handle materials.
The ergonomic design, combined with a digital voltage unit and support for multiple languages, makes the machine user-friendly and easy to adapt to different production needs.
