Juki LK-1900BN series – computer-controlled high-speed overlock machine

The Juki LK-1900BN series is an innovative, computer-controlled reinforcement sewing machine developed to deliver high productivity, precision and reliability. The advanced active thread tension mechanism ensures even and stable stitches, while improved thread management eliminates problems such as thread tangles and reduces the need for manual cutting.

With a maximum sewing speed of 3,200 stitches/min and a significantly faster cycle for start, stop, thread cutting and presser foot lift, the LK-1900BN series has been optimised to maximise production efficiency. Despite its high performance, the machine has low noise levels and minimal vibration, providing a stable and comfortable working environment.

The LK-1900BN-BS model is particularly suitable for garments that come into direct contact with the skin, such as bras and camisoles, thanks to its bird’s nest prevention and short thread end function, which provides a soft and smooth finish.

• The LK-1900B-SS is the standard model, designed for general reinforcement sewing.
• The LK-1900B-HS is optimised for heavy materials and provides extra strength in reinforcement seams.
• The LK-1900B-FS is designed for knitted materials and provides elastic, durable seams.
• The LK-1900B-MS is adapted for both knitted and soft materials, making it flexible for different applications.
• LK-1900B-WS has a larger hook, which allows the use of thicker thread and materials in reinforcement sewing.

Additional features

• LK-1900B-BE has features to prevent thread tangling and short thread ends, reducing rework. It is particularly suitable for garments that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear and vests.
• The LK-1901B-BS is a special model for eyelet buttonhole bar tacking, supporting 11, 12 and 13 stitch buttonholes.
• The LK-1902B-SS and HS are designed for belt stitching and reinforcing heavy materials, making them ideal for robust applications.
