JUKI PLC-2700 Series – Powerful column-type machine for heavy-duty sewing processes
The JUKI PLC-2700 series is designed for sewing heavy-duty materials such as car seats, sofas, sports equipment and technical textiles. The machine has a large vertical looper and an advanced feed system, with bottom, needle and alternating top feed, which ensures stable and even stitches even when changing materials.
To facilitate the sewing of larger products, the machine has an extended working space:
- Length: 347 mm
- Height: 296 mm (approx. 92 mm longer and 36 mm higher than standard)
- Column: 170 mm (approx. 7 mm higher than standard)
The large work surface and ergonomic column make the machine flexible and easy to handle, even during complex sewing processes. Quick changeover between different stitch lengths makes it easy to adapt the machine to different projects, and the automatic thread cutting and presser foot lift (max. 20 mm) streamline production.
The machine is powered by a high-speed, direct-drive motor, which provides fast response, powerful penetration and energy-efficient operation. With a stitch length of up to 12 mm and a sewing speed of 2,500 stitches/min, it handles multi-layer materials with high precision and stability.
