New single-thread overlock machine for sewn-in insoles (Strobel construction)
This robust overlock machine is used to sew insoles onto shoe uppers. Compared to the conventional lasting method, the Strobel method saves a considerable amount of material. The machine can sew leather or textiles up to 7 mm thick. The lay-up device makes it easier to sew extra width into the upper.
Optional: Various feed and front cups make it possible to manufacture children’s shoes or sew very delicate materials. In addition, kits are available for thread loading (with threads up to 2.5 mm in diameter) or for California-type shoes.
