VTD 410 EV – Single-thread overlock machine for inner soles
The heavy-duty model with cup feed, VTD 410 EV, can sew even penetration-proof Kevlar soles with a material thickness of 11 mm – even at high speed!
A separate “direct” drive ensures that the feed and front cup work with millimetre precision. In addition, the differential feed allows this versatile machine to build up to 48% extra allowance into the seam if required. This eliminates the need for pre-folding.
Special equipment for producing such “California-style” seams is available on request.
