Advanced multi-head machine for premium production and decorative effects
The TMCR-VF combines several of Tajima’s most advanced technologies in a single platform. The digitally controlled presser foot (DCP) adjusts the presser foot position according to the thickness of the fabric, ensuring stable stitching of consistent quality, even on thin, heavy and multi-layered fabrics.
FS Mode is standard and enables embroidery with soft-twisted and coarse threads that were previously difficult to handle on industrial machines. This provides greater creative freedom and improved stitch quality in demanding applications.
The machine can be equipped with an extensive range of factory and dealer options, such as intelligent thread management, sequin and bead units, the Multi Cording Device and automatic bobbin change systems. The TMCR-VF is built for high-volume production but is equally at home where extreme detail, decorative effects and technical precision are crucial.
