• Customer: If you have registered for any of ACG GROUP's digital services, your personal data will be stored until you unsubscribe from our services, but no later than three years after your last purchase. However, this does not apply if we need to store your personal data for longer due to any of the points below
• Fulfilment of agreements: Personal data (e.g. name, personal identification number, address, telephone number, email address and payment and delivery information) provided in connection with ordering ACG GRUPPEN's services will be stored for as long as necessary for ACG GRUPPEN to fulfil its agreement with you. This includes, among other things, fulfilling delivery or warranty commitments.
• Legal obligation: ACG GRUPPEN stores documentation that constitutes accounting information in accordance with applicable accounting rules
• Consent: In cases where we process your personal data with your consent, for example to send marketing emails, we only store your personal data for as long as we have your consent to do so

Business transactions: If all or part of ACG GRUPPEN's business is sold or integrated with another business, your personal data may be disclosed to our advisors, any buyers and their advisors, and passed on to the new owners of the business.

Such withdrawal may be total or partial. If you do not wish to receive marketing and promotional offers from us, you can contact the finance manager at the ACG GROUP company where you are registered.

You also have the right to request that personal data about you be corrected if it is incorrect, incomplete or misleading by contacting customer service. Our websites feature social media sharing functions, such as Facebook's "Like" button, and other widgets such as the "Share" button or interactive mini-programmes. These functions may record your IP address and which pages you visit on our sites. Some functions need to use cookies in order to work properly. The hosts for the social features and widgets are either third parties or our own website. This privacy policy does not apply to features provided by third parties. HubSpot uses this information to operate and maintain the quality of the subscription service and to obtain general statistics on how HubSpot's website is used. For these purposes, we link this automatically collected information to personal data such as name, email address, address and telephone number.

Please note that the terms and conditions of the privacy policy are subject to change. In such cases, the new version will be published on ACG GRUPPEN's websites.
